Symlab AG, headquartered in Freienbach, is a subsidiary of Global Clearance Solutions AG, which eliminates explosive threats and enables the reconstruction of war-torn regions.

Symlab Team in Ostermundigen
we are looking for you immediately or upon availability in an 100% capacity.

Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities Project Management:

• Management and development of the project management team
• Responsibility for adherence to project deadlines, budgets and quality standards
• Introduction, maintenance and monitoring of project plans
• Interface management with sales and production
• Escalation management in the event of target deviations
• Identification and implementation of organisational improvements in project management
• Monitoring of KPIs and regular reporting to management
• Moderation of project kick-offs and regular jour fixes

Responsibilities Customer Care:

• Supporting and advising international customers throughout the entire after-sales cycle
• Conducting product trainings and presentations

Your Profile

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management and customer care, ideally with management responsibility
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
• Technical understanding in the field of high-frequency technology
• Willingness to work internationally
• Fluent German and very good English skills. Additional languages are an advantage
• Category B driving licence
