Full-Time Nanny & Housekeeper – Vandoeuvres
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8h00 – 18h00
Start date: ASAP
We are assisting a lovely family based in Vandoeuvres in their search for a full-time Nanny & Housekeeper to care for two young children (11 months and 3 years old) and support the household.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for the two children, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
- Prepare healthy, balanced meals for the children and family.
- Organize fun, age-appropriate activities and outings.
- Support with household tasks and housekeeping duties during quieter times.
- Establish respectful authority with the children – the family is seeking someone confident, kind, and firm when needed.
- Occasionally drive the children to activities (driving licence is a strong plus).
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working for private families in similar roles.
- Experience caring for young children (under 3 years old).
- Excellent cooking skills.
- Strong organizational and housekeeping abilities.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of French is a plus.
- EU passport or valid Swiss work permit.
- Checkable references from previous employers.
- Confident, reliable, and warm personality, with the ability to set boundaries.
