Linpo is a premier manufacturer of custom cable assemblies and wire harnesses, serving top-tier OEMs across diverse industries. We are expanding our global sales network and are seeking driven, entrepreneurial sales professionals to forge new partnerships and drive revenue growth.

This is a 100% remote, contract opportunity designed for individuals who thrive on autonomy and are motivated by direct, uncapped rewards for their performance.

The Opportunity:

As an Independent Sales Agent, you are the crucial link between Linpo's advanced manufacturing capabilities in China and new OEM clients in North America and beyond. You will leverage your existing industry connections and sales acumen to identify opportunities, solve complex client challenges, and secure long-term manufacturing contracts. Your success is directly tied to your results, offering unparalleled earning potential for every deal you close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development:
    Proactively identify, qualify, and target potential OEM clients within your territory that require custom cable and wire harness solutions.
  • Solution Selling:
    Conduct in-depth consultations with engineers, procurement managers, and project leaders to understand their technical requirements and business challenges.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle:
    Navigate complex, technical sales cycles from initial inquiry and RFQ through quoting, sampling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Quote & Proposal Management:
    Act as the liaison between the client and our internal engineering and pricing teams in China to develop compelling, competitive, and accurate proposals.
  • Relationship Building:
    Establish and nurture long-term, trusted partnerships with clients, positioning Linpo as their preferred strategic manufacturing partner.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client communications in our CRM system.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Serve as the frontline for market trends, providing valuable feedback on the competitive landscape, pricing, and emerging industry needs.

Compensation & Structure:

  • This is a completely commission-based position.
    There is no base salary.
  • Uncapped Earning Potential:
    Your commission is a direct percentage of the revenue from every contract you secure. The more you sell, the more you earn.
  • If you can successfully find us a customer that has needs in customized cable, you will be earning 10% of the total sales.
  • Residual Benefits:
    Build a portfolio of clients and earn ongoing commission from repeat business.
