We are a dynamic, fast-growing recruitment consultancy with a strong presence across Europe. Our Zurich office is expanding, and we're looking for experienced Client Partners who thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships, and are motivated by success.

Your Role

As a
Senior Client Partner
, you'll act as the trusted advisor to our most important clients. You'll be responsible for deepening relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring we deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic account management: Own and grow relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple industries.
  • Business development: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and drive expansion.
  • Client advisory: Provide insights, guidance, and solutions aligned with client needs and market trends.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Leadership: Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to shaping our client engagement strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally within consulting, recruitment, or professional services.
  • Experience in
    Professional Services, IT
    or

Life Sciences
(ideally looking for one in each)
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Fluent in English; German or French is a strong advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and drive.
