Als Subject Matter Expert (SME) gestaltest du die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse und Systeme in der Unit Firmenkunden aktiv mit. Du analysierst Abläufe, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und setzt diese gemeinsam mit relevanten Stakeholdern um. Mit Fokus auf Qualität, Effizienz und Kundenerlebnis entwickelst du kanalübergreifende Prozesse weiter und bringst Innovationen ein, die den Alltag der Kundenberater:innen vereinfachen. Dabei agierst du als verbindende Schnittstelle zwischen Customer Experience, IT, Operations und den Fachbereichen.

Das kannst du bewirken

- Du erkennst Innovationspotenziale, bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen vor und begleitest die Umsetzung nach-haltiger, zukunftsorientierter Lösungen

- Du leitest komplexe (Teil-)Projekte und führst neue Tools und Instrumente zur Verbesserung der Beratungs-/Servicequalität und Effizienzsteigerung ein

- Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale in kanalübergreifenden Prozessen und setzt gezielte Massnahmen zur Vereinfachung und Beschleunigung der Abläufe um

- Du entwickelst und implementierst Massnahmen zur Sicherung und Steigerung der Qualität, um klare Standards und hohe Effektivität zu gewährleisten

- Du arbeitest eng mit Customer Experience, IT, Legal, Operations und den Fachbereichen zusammen und stellst sicher, dass kanalübergreifende Interessen wirksam eingebracht werden

Das bringst du mit

- Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung, ergänzt durch eine höhere Weiterbildung (HF, FH oder vergleichbar) in Betriebswirtschaft, Prozessmanagement oder Digitalisierung

- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Analyse, Gestaltung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen

- Vernetztes Denken sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise – auch in komplexen, bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen wie IT, Operations oder Fachbereichen

- Erfahrung mit Innovations- und Digitalisierungsthemen, von Vorteil auch im Kontext von Data, AI oder Automatisierung

- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Umsetzungsstärke und Begeisterung für Prozessqualität, Effizienz und Kundenerlebnis
