Family Overview
​​​​​A distinguished international family, residing in Cologny, is seeking an experienced and discreet Domestic Couple to ensure the seamless management, maintenance, and security of their residence.

Given the Principals' frequent travels, the Couple will be expected to demonstrate a high level of autonomy, reliability, and initiative, maintaining the property in impeccable condition and ensuring it is always fully prepared to welcome the family at any time.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping of the residence, following a defined checklist
• Fully manage family laundry and household linens, including sorting, care, ironing, and organization
• Control and replenish household stock and supplies
• Prepare simple, healthy family meals and assist with table service during receptions and dinners
• Drive and manage the family's vehicle fleet, ensuring safe and timely transportation
• Oversee residence maintenance, coordinate repairs, and supervise external contractors, suppliers, and maintenance teams
• Manage home security systems and enforce safety protocols
• Maintain vehicles, schedule service appointments, and handle all related documentation and care
• Manage the upkeep of property exteriors, including grounds and outdoor facilities

• Significant proven experience as a Domestic Couple within UHNW households or luxury estates.
• Excellent technical skills, including mastery of home automation and modern property systems.
• Impeccable housekeeping knowledge and experience with high-end finishes and delicate materials.
• Service-oriented mindset, strong organisational skills, integrity, and absolute discretion.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French highly desirable.
• Holders of Swiss or EU passports/permits (or valid right to work in Switzerland).
• Already residing in Switzerland, ideally in the Geneva area.
• Seeking a stable, long-term engagement.

Conditions & Benefits

• Accommodation: Independent studio provided.
• Contract: Full-time, long-term engagement.
