Data Performance Analyst – Credit Card Transaction Systems

Nextlink Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Performance Analyst with deep expertise in performance engineering, real -time systems, and credit card transaction processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing system architecture to achieve throughput exceeding 30K transactions per second. This role requires advanced proficiency in Oracle RAC optimization, SQL performance tuning, PL/SQL programming, and data warehouse design. Additional responsibilities include optimizing Kafka pipelines, collaborating with Java development teams on application performance, and ensuring compliance with PCI -DSS standards. Candidates must have experience with high -volume financial transaction systems, strong problem -solving skills, and the ability to deliver secure, high -performing, and scalable solutions.Requirements7 -10 years of Proven experience in performance engineering, real -time systems, and data architecture Deep expertise in designing and optimizing Oracle RAC and high -throughput schema design Strong proficiency in SQL performance tuning, indexing, execution plan, and AWR report analysis Advanced PL/SQL programming skills Experience with infrastructure tuning for high -concurrency transactional databases Hands -on experience in data warehouse design and materialized views Proven ability to manage denormalized data structures for fast analytical querying Proficiency with Apache Kafka and real -time data stream processing Programming experience with Java, especially in high -volume transaction systems Experience in credit card transaction processing, payment gateways, or financial services Proficiency in BO model optimization and dashboard/report tuning Knowledge of distributed systems, high availability, and failover design Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines and tools such as Oracle Data Integrator (desirable) Exposure to APM tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or New Relic (desirable) Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices (desirable)
