Stellenbeschreibung

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer People-&-Culture-Strategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung
  • Verantwortung für das gesamte HR-Lifecycle-Management (Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent- und Performance-Management, Offboarding)
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmenskultur sowie Förderung von Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging
  • Beratung und Coaching von Führungskräften in allen People-Themen
  • Entwicklung moderner Arbeits- und Organisationsstrukturen (z. B. New Work, hybride Modelle)
  • Sicherstellung von HR-Compliance und arbeitsrechtlichen Standards
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Employer Branding und Mitarbeitendenentwicklung

Stellenanforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer HR- oder People-&-Culture-Funktion, idealerweise in einer führenden Rolle
  • Fundiertes Wissen im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht
  • Leidenschaft für Kultur- und Organisationsentwicklung
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Proaktive, lösungsorientierte und empathische Persönlichkeit
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
  • Sie sind eine dienstleistungsorientierte und flexible Persönlichkeit mit einer genauen und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise
  • Sie sind teamfähig und verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz
