We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to support our projects in Switzerland.

Your job responsibilities


• Analyzing and reviewing software requirements from a testing perspective to ensure clarity and testability


• Designing and developing
manual and automated test cases and scripts
based on functional and interface specifications


• Executing tests within
simulated or hardware-in-the-loop environments
, and recording, evaluating, and documenting results and defects


• Collaborating closely with
software development, system, and requirements engineering teams
to ensure alignment and traceability


• Providing structured and detailed feedback to improve product quality, safety, and performance


• Contributing to the continuous improvement of
testing methods, tools, and processes
, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards (e.g. EN50126, EN50716, Do-178C, ARP4754A, ISO26262, ISO 21434, IEC 62304 and ISO 14971 or equivalent)


• Supporting the implementation of
automation and CI/CD practices
to increase testing efficiency and reliability

Your profile & personality

You hold a
Master's degree or Engineering School diploma (Bac+5)
in
Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
, and have
at least 3–5 years of experience
in embedded software testing or validation.

You have a strong understanding of
software testing methodologies
and a solid interest in
safety-critical systems
and continuous quality improvement.

You are proficient in
Python
for test automation; knowledge of
PLC programming
is a plus.

You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and communicate clearly within multidisciplinary teams.

You are
proactive, structured, and detail-oriented
, with a drive to take ownership and propose solutions to complex testing challenges.

Fluency in
English
is required;
German
is an asset.
