Missions principales:

Partnering RH / Support opérationnel

  • Apporter un conseil RH de proximité à la ligne managériale.
  • Challenger les managers, apporter un regard critique afin de soutenir la prise de décision.
  • Gérer des entretiens d'écoute et accompagner les collaborateurs dans les problématiques individuelles.
  • Piloter ou accompagner certains recrutements spécifiques.
  • Suivre les problématiques RH du quotidien : organisation, performance, développement, conflits, absences, etc.

Gestion de projets RH

  1. Projet SIRH

  2. Soutenir la phase de déploiement et d'adoption.

  3. Participer à l'accompagnement au changement.

  4. Contribuer à la formation et au support aux collaborateurs.

  5. Benchmark salarial & politique de rémunération

  6. Participer à la collecte, analyse et structuration des données.

  7. Contribuer à la mise en place d'un référentiel salarial interne.

  8. Refonte des processus RH

  9. Évaluation de la performance.

  10. Marque employeur.
  11. Modernisation des pratiques RH.

Profil recherché:

  • Expérience confirmée en tant que Partenaire RH ou HRBP, en Suisse - d'au minimum 5 ans d'expérience
  • Expérience en conseil RH, gestion de managers, partnering stratégique.
  • Expérience souhaitée en implémentation de SIRH .
  • Bonne compréhension des modèles de rémunération et/ou benchmark salarial.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle.
