Deine Aufgaben

• Freundliche und professionelle Beratung und Bedienung unserer Kundschaft

• Zubereitung und Verkauf unserer frischen Empanadas und Getränke

• Bedienung der Kasse und Abwicklung von Zahlungen

• Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und einer einladenden Verkaufsfläche

• Unterstützung im täglichen Betrieb und Teamarbeit

• Lokales Marketing vor Ort (Flyer, Verkostungen, Ansprache in der Umgebung)

• B2B-Marketing für Catering (Kontaktaufnahme mit Firmen, Lead-Sammlung, Unterstützung bei Degustationen)

Dein Profil

• Zuverlässig, positiv und kundenorientiert

• Freude an Teamarbeit und im Umgang mit Menschen

• Erfahrung im Verkauf, in der Gastronomie oder im Kundenservice von Vorteil

• Gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse zwingend (Spanisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil)

• Flexible Einsatzbereitschaft für Stunden pro Woche, inkl. Wochenenden und Abenden

• Einsatzbereitschaft während der Feiertage ist erforderlich: Der Betrieb läuft täglich, auch an Weihnachten und Neujahr, und alle Teammitglieder müssen verfügbar sein, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten

Las Muns, the international gourmet empanada brand, is opening its first pop-up at Globus Zürich – and we are looking for motivated Empanadas Artist to join our team

Your tasks

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly, professional way

• Prepare and sell our fresh empanadas and drinks

• Operate the cash register and handle payments

• Keep the store clean, tidy and inviting

• Support daily operations and teamwork

• Execute local marketing on site (flyers, sampling, nearby offices/footfall hotspots)

• B2B marketing for catering (approach local companies, collect leads, support tastings)

Your profile

• Reliable, positive and customer-oriented

• Enjoy working in a team and with people

• Experience in retail, gastronomy or customer service is an advantage

• Good German and good English required (Spanish or Italian is a plus)

• Flexible availability to work hours per week, including weekends and evenings

• Availability during the holiday period is essential: the operation runs every day, including Christmas and New Year, and all team members must be available to ensure smooth operations
