High Frequency Traders

Trading focus:
ETFs and futures (immediate priority), plus equity strategies and options coming soon.
Must have:
- Proven HFT experience (prop trading preferred, hedge fund welcome)
- Buy-side background with hands-on P&L responsibility
- Desk/book management experience
- Execution-focused and adaptable
