YOUR ROLE

In the role of Sales Associate you are representing Dufry in the area of fashion, perfume, cosmetics, alcohol, tobacco and food . Your strong communication skills allow you to engage in a confident, professional and competent manner.

Als Sales Associate vertrittst du Dufry in den Bereichen Mode, Parfüm, Kosmetik, Alkohol, Tabak und Lebensmittel. Ihre ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten ermöglichen Ihnen ein selbstbewusstes, professionelles und kompetentes Auftreten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir nur Bewerber berücksichtigen können, die entweder in der Schweiz arbeitsfähig sind oder über eine entsprechende Arbeitsbewilligung verfügen.

Sie sind serviceorientiert und freundlich mit einem frischen und einladenden Ansatz, um unsere internationalen Kunden bei ihrem Einkaufserlebnis zu unterstützen. Ihre ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten ermöglichen Ihnen ein selbstbewusstes, professionelles und kompetentes Auftreten.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES:

• Speak fluent English and German

• Have at least 2 year work experience in Customer Services, Hospitality and/ or Retail (preferred) and ideally even completed an apprenticeship in retail

• Have previous experience with cash registers

• Are open to flexible working hours (irregular between 5:00 – 23:00) including weekend and public holidays

• Are reliable, positive team players in a fast-paced and multi-national environment

• Always ensure a clean and well-maintained appearance

• Will be placed in either of our Core Duty Free Stores or Specialty Brand Stores

ERFOLGREICHE BEWERBER:

• Sprechen fliessend Englisch und Deutsch

• Haben mindestens zwei Jahre im Kundenservice, im Gastgewerbe oder/und auch im Einzelhandel gearbeitet und idealerweise sogar eine Lehre im Detailhandel abgeschlossen

• Haben zusätzliche Erfahrungen an der Kasse gesammelt

• Sind zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten einsetzbar (unregelmssig zwischen 5:00-23:00) auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen

• Sind zuverlässige und positive Teamkollegen in einem schnelllebigen und multikulturellen Umfeld

• Achten stets auf ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild als Gastgeber

• Werden in unseren Core Duty Free Stores oder Specialty Brand Stores eingesetzt
