Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen vom Auftragseingang bis zur Ausliefe-rung
  • Erstellung von Offerten, Auftragsbestätigungen und Versanddokumenten
  • Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden und internen Abteilungen (Produktion, Logistik, Einkauf, Finanzen)
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Rücksendungen und Serviceaufträgen
  • Pflege von Kundendaten und Aufträgen im ERP-System
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Customer Service

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder entsprechende Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld im Bereich Customer Ser-vice oder Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend notwendig)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Word und Outlook)
  • Erste Erfahrung im Im/Export
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (Microsoft NAV und Business Central)
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
