Dans ce rôle, tu es responsable du succès des campagnes de recrutement de nos clients et tu agis comme interlocuteur·rice privilégié·e sur tous les sujets liés au Programmatic Advertising. Tu assures la réussite de tes clients en comprenant leurs besoins et en établissant des relations de partenariat durables et de confiance.

TES TÂCHES
  • Pilotage proactif des campagnes de recrutement en collaboration avec les équipes Sales et Tech
  • Analyses approfondies et création de rapports personnalisés
  • Gestion stratégique des budgets clients avec identification d'opportunités d'upsell
  • Relation Client Excellence
  • Communication multicanale (téléphone, visioconférence, email) avec support de premier niveau
  • Livraison des KPIs (clics, leads, candidatures) en coordination avec les équipes concernées
  • Étroit partenariat avec les équipes commerciales afin d'atteindre les objectifs communs liés aux budgets de campagne
TON PROFIL
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
  • Expérience en marketing digital et/ou modèles Pay-Per-Performance (PPP) souhaité
  • Maîtrise avancée de MS Office et forte appétence pour les outils digitaux
  • Excellence relationnelle : capacité à créer des liens durables avec clients et collègues
  • Mindset proactif avec un sens aigu des responsabilités
  • Français : maîtrise parfaite, anglais : niveau courant indispensable.
