Für diese Expansion suchen wir eine erfahrene Vertriebspersönlichkeit, die als Territory Manager unsere Marken erfolgreich im deutschen Markt etabliert und weiterentwickelt.

Role Overview

Join our HubSpot implementation team to strengthen the IBP network for TVS e-bikes across Europe. This role focuses on partner onboarding, engagement, and performance analytics, enabling a seamless and data-driven partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the roll-out and configuration of HubSpot CRM for IBP partner management, including lead management, workflow automation, and onboarding processes.

  • Collaborate with international business, digital, and marketing teams to customize CRM solutions for local market needs.

  • Assist in mapping, digitizing, and automating end-to-end partner processes, from acquisition to engagement and growth.

  • Develop dashboards and analytics reports to monitor partner activity, deal pipelines, and regional network performance.

  • Document use cases and success stories to showcase IBP enablement across Europe.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, IT, Marketing, or Analytics.

  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot experience preferred), sales funnels, and digital marketing tools.

  • Understanding of B2B partnerships or automotive retail models is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

  • English is a must

Desired Technical Skills

  • CRM Configuration: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM setup, workflows, and automation.

  • Data Analytics: Ability to create dashboards and reports using HubSpot or BI tools.

  • Integration & APIs: Exposure to connecting CRM with other systems (ERP, marketing tools) via APIs or iPaaS platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier.

  • Marketing Automation: Understanding of email campaigns, lead scoring, and partner engagement workflows
