To support its digital transformation and strengthen its internal development capabilities, Firstcaution is looking for a qualified and experienced Salesforce Developer.

Role Overview

We are seeking a certified Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team and collaborate on the development and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud, and will play a key role in designing scalable solutions that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Optimize and maintain Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud configurations.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform.
  • Use Jira (Atlassian) for issue tracking and sprint planning.
  • Manage source code and version control using GitHub.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal users.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II preferred).
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., GitHub).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the financial services or insurance sector.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
