Our Unit delivers high-performance semiconductor devices to internal customers and external partners.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee the BiMOS Backend & eMobility manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production, high-quality standards, and the successful implementation of strategic growth initiatives.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Ensure compliance with HSE and regulation directives, assess risks, and implement safety plans in line with internal procedures
- Lead capacity planning and Capex projects to support infrastructure upgrades and long-term goals
- Prepare and manage annual production budgets, optimize costs, and drive operational excellence
- Develop and implement automation strategies, integrate lean manufacturing principles, and drive continuous improvement
- Support Business teams and communicate and align manufacturing capabilities effectively
- Organize, staff, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Achieve top-tier operational results while optimizing working capital and resource utilization
- Deliver clear reports on performance, safety, and compliance to management and stakeholders
Your background
- University degree in business engineering, science, or electrical engineering
- 12+ years of experience in the semiconductor and power electronics industry
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing complex manufacturing operations, preferably in Semiconductor industry
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, automation, and process optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with hands-on mentality as well as experience in budgeting, capacity planning, and Capex project management
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
- Fluent in German and English, with the ability to operate effectively in an international environment
