# Technical Lead Embedded Software # (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Hinwil Start date: asap Reference number: 847719/1 ### Responsibilities ### * Technical Lead of a HVAC software development team * Guide Embedded SW domain resources in terms of quality, estimations, work results * Run SW waterfall-type sub-projects (estimation, planning, requirements elicitation, resourcing, risk management) ### Profile ### * Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study * Proven track record in embedded software development and project execution, particularly in a Matlab/Simulink/C environment * Ideally, experience with model-based development (e.g. Simulink) and automatic code generation for embedded targets * Ability to lead and guide embedded software engineers in areas of quality, estimation, and delivery * Demonstrated experience in requirements engineering, translating system requirements into detailed software requirements. * Capability to plan and manage software sub-projects in a waterfall-style setup, including estimation, planning, requirements elicitation, resource coordination, and risk management * Strong communicator in english and german language towards internal and external stakeholders * Strong in execution, results driven ### Benefits ### * Fascinating, innovative environment in an international atmosphere * Hays helps you gain a foothold in innovative companies * Remote-option
