Chez IUMMI, tu ne fais pas un stage, tu construis une startup réelle.

Tu participes à la création d'un projet suisse innovant, tu apprends à entreprendre et tu reçois une participation au capital (actions B) — pas un simple certificat. Et la possibilité d'un emploi fixe si la société réussit.

Descriptif du poste :

Tu veux créer l'identité d'une vraie start-up suisse ?

En tant que Brand Designer, tu construis l'univers visuel d'IUMMI : logo, charte graphique, typographie, palettes de couleurs et lignes créatives pour le digital comme pour le physique.

Tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec le Head of Communication, le CMO et les développeurs pour assurer la cohérence entre la marque, le produit et l'expérience utilisateur.

Ton rôle : traduire la vision d'IUMMI — éthique, durable et suisse — en une image forte, claire et reconnaissable.

Tu participes à une aventure réelle, avec une équipe ambitieuse et passionnée, dans un projet en construction.

Ce que tu gagnes :

Tu deviens partenaire entrepreneurial indépendant, avec un contrat officiel suisse et une participation au capital (B-Shares).

Après 3 mois d'essai, tu entres dans un plan de vesting :

0,125 % au bout de 6 mois,

0,25 % après un an,

0,375 % après 2 ans,

Un bonus de performance jusqu'à +0,7 % selon les résultats globaux (CA cumulé).

Tu travailles librement, sans lien de subordination, tout en étant reconnu comme co-acteur du succès.
