Chez nous, tu participes activement au développement des conseillers et conseillères à la clientèle et tu les entraînes régulièrement, en petits groupes ou individuellement. La vente est ta passion et la formation une seconde nature. On te reconnaît une excellente capacité à t'organiser et une bonne aptitude à travailler en réseau. Tu sais travailler de manière conceptuelle.

Ce que tu accomplis

  • Tu accompagnes individuellement les conseiller-e-s à la clientèle dans des simulations de conseil/vente, tu transmets un feed-back qualifié et tu mets en place des mesures de développement
  • Tu modères, animes et réalises des simulations d'entretien "Training labs" axées sur la pratique, individuellement et en petits groupes
  • Tu participes au développement continu de contenus et à la création d'une culture d'excellence en termes de service client

Ce que tu apportes

  • Bildung: Bachelor (université/haute école spécialisée)
  • Expérience professionnelle: Minimum 5 ans Formation d'adultes
  • Expérience en tant que conseiller ou conseillère pour les Clients privés ou la Clientèle entreprises
  • Qualification en tant que formateur-trice d'adultes et plusieurs années d'expérience requises
  • Disposition à se déplacer à travers la Suisse romande
  • Personnalité motivée, empathique et orientée clients
  • Une formation et de l'expérience en coaching sont des atouts
  • Français (capable de mener des négociations)
  • Allemand (bonnes connaissances)
  • Anglais (bonnes connaissances)
