Risk Manager (w/m/d %

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Kontinuierliche Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsystems
  • Regelmässige Beurteilung der operationellen Risiken zusammen mit den Abteilungsleitungen
  • Ableiten von Gegenmassnahmen zu neu identifizierten Risiken
  • Aktive Rolle als Second Line of Defense im Cyber-Risiko-Management
  • Risikoanalysen zu den Portfoliostrategien (Zins-, Spread-, Aktienkurs-, Währungs- und Marktliquiditätsrisiken)
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Risikomodellen
  • Analysen zur Einhaltung der Anlagestrategien in den Kundenportfolios
  • Unterstützung der Compliance beim Einsatz von quantitativen Modellen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Methodik im Risikomanagement durch Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und den gezielten Einsatz von KI-Modellen
  • Beurteilung der Performance-Analysen im Portfoliomanagement
  • Schulung von Mitarbeitenden in allen Risiko-Bereichen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Risikoberichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung und den Verwaltungsrat

Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Mathematik, Physik, Ökonometrie oder Betriebsökonomie - jeweils mit Erfahrungen bei einem Finanzdienstleister
  • Gewandtheit im Umgang mit Risikomodellen und Quantitative Finance
  • Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Python, R, Matlab, C++ oder ähnlichen Programmiersprachen
  • Pflichtbewusste, selbstständige und initiative Arbeitsweise unter Einhaltung von Fristen
  • Unternehmerisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken, Leistungswille, Zuverlässigkeit sowie hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und professionelles Auftreten
