Who are we?

CARBAGAS AG, a company of the Air Liquide Group, produces and supplies high-quality gasses for industrial and medical application among others. In parallel, the company develops and settles tailored gas systems in technical terms. We are everywhere in your daily life and you do not see us From the gas in your lemonade to the chip in your smartphone through the reduction of gas emission, we take part to our customers' innovative development of applications.

How will you contribute and grow?

The commercial department comprises the Sales Representatives for each market, the Customer Service Center, and transversal team of Business Analyst and Commercial Excellence for Carbagas and Air Liquide Austria.
3 people make up the team of Business Analyst and Commercial Excellence in total, including the manager. This V.I.E. focusses on the Swiss market.

Mission Summary:

You will contribute to this mission by…
Act as an important interface between the Sales team and the Customer Service Center (CSC) to improve communication and coordination.
Train and actively support users on the CRM tool (Salesforce) to increase usage and improve efficiency.
Create an automated tool to have an overview of contracts (duration, termination, escalation, take or pay volumes, staggered prices and special agreements etc.)
Support the sales team on various cross-functional projects.

Education: 
Master's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
Specialization in not required

Soft and Hard Skills:
Analytical
Communicative 
Proactive and knows how to prioritize
A first experience in an industrial and/or B2B sales environment is a strong asset

Languages:
English fluency is Must have 
German Nice to have  
French Nice to have
