Für einen unbefristeten Einsatz bei unserem Kunden aus der Finanzbranche in Zürich Süd, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n, motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n Windows Client Support Spezialist:in (2nd Level).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • 2nd Level Support für Windows Client-Systeme, E-Mail, Drucker, M365 Apps und Microsoft Teams
  • Support und Engineering im Windows Client- und User Environment Management
  • Betreuung und Administration von Remotedesktopdiensten (RDS), SCCM, GPO und Windows Server
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Skripten (insbesondere PowerShell) zur Automatisierung und Optimierung von Abläufen
  • Durchführung von OS- und Softwareupdates sowie Software-Testing und -Deployment
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, How-to's und Benutzeranleitungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Business- und IT-Abteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern
  • Proaktive Kommunikation von Informationen, Wartungen und Störungen an alle Mitarbeitende
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der User Experience und Support-Prozesse

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Informatik oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Support und Management von Windows 10/11 und Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Windows Client- und User Environment Management
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im 2nd Level Support für die genannten Bereiche
  • Erfahrung mit RDS, SCCM, GPO, Windows Server und M365-Diensten (OneDrive, Teams, Office) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Finance- oder Enterprise-IT-Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Benutzeranleitungen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Motivation, sich stetig weiterzuentwickeln und Neues zu lernen
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsanspruch
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
