Software Engineer - Expert in C++

Full-time | On-site | Zug, Switzerland

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to coding effort for specific developments in the realm of algorithmic trading, price aggregation, smart order routing, API connectivity.

Qualifications

  • Strong coding proficiency in C++ in particular. This is the main criteria, do not apply without strong C++ coding skills.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Knowledge of FIX 4.4, Rest and Websocket APIs is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a pragmatic mindset.
  • Commercial and results driven attitude.
  • A basic understanding of algorithmic trading and financial markets is a plus.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid Swiss work permit
  • Must be based in or around Zug or the Cantons around Zug. Do not apply otherwise.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, OR equivalent practical experience if self-taught.
  • This is strictly an on-site role.
  • Fluent in English.
