Position Overview

As a MES Senior Consultant at FrontWell Solutions, you will collaborate with clients to implement and manage Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions that optimize production efficiency and data integrity. This role involves analyzing client needs, designing tailored strategies, and supporting the delivery of complex IT projects. Your technical expertise in MES platforms such as
Rockwell PharmaSuite, Opcenter Execution Pharma, PAS-X, POMS, and PMX
will be instrumental in achieving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to assess manufacturing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose IT-based enhancements.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into actionable system designs and implementation plans.
  • Support configuration, integration, and testing of MES solutions
  • Assist in managing project lifecycles, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Create user documentation, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Stay informed about emerging MES technologies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as FDA, GxP, and GAMP 5.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and reliable support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Production Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT consulting or MES project delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more MES systems (Rockwell PharmaSuite, Opcenter Execution Pharma, PAS-X, POMS, PMX).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and ERP integration.
  • Proficiency in German (B2 or higher) and English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements as required.
