People Operations Specialist

DSP is looking for a
People Operations Specialist
to help create an excellent employee experience and support the smooth running of HR operations for the whole DSP Group. This role focuses on aligning employees' growth and wellbeing with the company's objectives, while managing key HR and administrative processes.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

• Global workforce management with a focus on career development, employee engagement, and fostering strong internal relationships.
• Coordinate and manage employee lifecycle administration (work permits, visas, contracts)
• Support payroll activities and track attendance/leave records
• Review and validate expense reports
• Organize business travel and manage related logistics
• Maintain and update HR systems and documentation
• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration or related field, a master's degree is considered a plus
• 3–4 years of work experience in an administrative role within a company is required
• Experience in an HR role in a Swiss company is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Soft skills: analytical mindset, results-oriented, communication and collaboration, teamwork, precision, responsibility, ability to meet deadlines, flexibility.
