Transformation Program Support Officer

Your Tasks:

Support the Transformation Lead in structuring the transformation program and maintaining the integrated roadmap.

Coordinate multiple engineering workstreams, ensuring alignment of timelines, priorities, and information flow.

Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across the program while preparing governance materials.

Provide PMO support including documentation, reporting, meeting preparation, and action tracking.

Support digitalization efforts, including coordinating pilots, digital enablers, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Assist in documenting engineering processes, roles, and capabilities to support the target operating model.

Contribute to change management activities such as impact assessments, communication materials, and stakeholder engagement.

Organize and support workshops, training sessions, and cross-functional collaboration activities.

Introduce and maintain tools, templates, and consistent ways of working across the transformation program.
Your Profile:
-
Experience in PMO, program coordination, transformation management, or similar roles.

Understanding of engineering or technical environments (preferred but not required).

Strong organizational skills, with high rigor and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Solid knowledge of project management methods and tools.
-
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise reporting.

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with strong ownership and follow-through.

Comfortable working in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
