Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience working in a client-facing environment, directly interfacing with business leadership and customers.
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
• Experience designing for Business-to-business-to-consumers (B2B2C) products.
• Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and direct contributions.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in marketing design, communication design, or branding strategy with a focus on bringing products to global marketplaces.
• Experience in using design systems and frameworks, as well as contributing to them.
• Experience with presenting to stakeholders, and speaking on behalf of the team's objectives and ambitions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate objectives and advocate design excellence.

• Lead projects focused on new product ideas and AI opportunities within Time Management, Calendar and Tasks.
• Partner with our User Experience Research (UXR), Product Management (PM) and Engineering partners to craft and execute on AI products that build buy-in from stakeholders and peers.
• Own the experience of shipping new AI features and collaborate with teams across Time Management UX and Workspace (e.g., Gmail, Chat, Meet, Drive, Docs, and more).
• Influence executive leaders and cross-functional partners to ship impactful and innovative features.
