In this way, we can make an even greater and more important contribution to the fitness and health of the Swiss population in the future.We are looking for a passionate and motivated HR Administration Specialist (f/m/d) for Switzerland to support our local HR team. Fluent German and English language skills are essential to the role.This Role:You are responsible for the staff mutation process, including the creation and sending of contracts and contract amendments as well as the creation and customisation of employee accounts in our systems.You will be responsible for maintaining employee data and dossiers.You will support the HR team with employee service, e.g. by creating documents or confirmations.You will support the HR team in processing employee entries and exits (including work certificates).You will support the HR team by creating reports.You will be responsible for controlling and, if necessary, applying for work permits.You maintain correspondence with external stakeholders such as social security institutions, authorities and officesYou are responsible for documenting HR processes and updating them regularly.The right person for the role will meet the following requirements:Desirable but not essential for you to have a professional qualification (e.g. EFZ) in the fields of human resources management, business administration or similarYou have >2 years experience in HR AdministrationYou are fluent in German and English, French would be a plusYou have a good knowledge of Excel You are proactive, motivated and a real team playerWhat we offer:Our benefits go beyond the core benefits outlined below and give the successful candidate an opportunity to grow and build a truly rewarding career.We offer a free gym membership for you + 1.We offer exclusive perks with our benefits package, including substantial discounts on a variety of products and services, both within our gyms and through other external providers.Our office is located in the greater Zurich area, including direct gym access.Our working hours are flexible.We provide 25 days of vacation + 1 personal day.Apply now in English and become part of the PureGym family.
