Das kannst du bewirken
Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Unterstützung bei Produktionsausbauprojekten
Konzeption und Umsetzung von Automatisierungsstrategien sowie technischen Standards für Produktionsanlagen
Entwicklung und Integration von Systemen zur Anlagenüberwachung und -diagnose mit Fokus auf OT/IT-Schnittstellen
Aktive Mitgestaltung der digitalen Infrastruktur zur Produktionssteuerung und – optimierung
Fördere ein sicheres Arbeitsumfeld durch die Anwendung der 6S-Prinzipien und die Unterstützung der ABRA-Sicherheitsprotokolle.
Anwendung methodenbasierter kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse (z. B. Practical Problem Solving , Lean Six Sigma)
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Maintenance Instructions im CMMS
Dokumentation, Schulung und nachhaltige Implementierung von Änderungen im Instandhaltungsprozess
Das bringst du mit
Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (FH/ETH) in Maschinenbau, Systemtechnik, Automatisierung oder Elektrotechnik
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Instandhaltung und Automatisierung in der High-Tech-Branche
Erfahrung in der Anlagenbetreuung und -optimierung, idealerweise in der Halbleiter- oder Elektronikfertigung
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der OT/IT-Integration (z. B. Schnittstellen, Datenkommunikation, industrielle Netzwerke)
Sicherer Umgang mit CMMS-Systemen und digitalen Tools zur Produktionsüberwachung
Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
