To support our global headquarters headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for an

INTERN PUBLIC RELATIONS
(100%)

The role will encompass working with the PR Team to ensure the development of the brand awareness. In addition to handling daily PR activities, you will be involved in a variety of projects.

YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

  • Active assistance in the planning, organizing and implementation of various PR projects
  • PR Analytics including monitoring and evaluation of campaigns and other PR activities
  • Support with PR reports and Power Point Presentations
  • Support of the PR Team in the daily business and with administrative tasks (SAP, invoicing, press page upload, best of press coverage, watch shipments, logistics, event coordination etc.)
  • Editing and answering of national and international media enquiries in coordination with IWC markets
  • Support with coordination of IWC brand ambassador & talent appearances/service days/events (flight bookings, scheduling etc.)
  • Assistance on location during (PR-)events (such as Watches & Wonders) and handling of media and guests

How You Become Part Of The Journey.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication, journalism or comparable studies
  • First professional experience in PR is an advantage (luxury goods, fashion, advertising / agency etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data analysis and interpretation. A key responsibility of this role involves conducting thorough PR analysis and generating insightful reports based on quantitative findings.
  • Independent, proactive, structured and organized
  • Team player and great communication skills
  • Fluency in English. German & French are an advantage
  • Excellent MS Office skills
