un(e) Financial Controller
pour notre client dont le site est basé

.

Ce rôle stratégique s'inscrit au cœur de la performance économique d'une société internationale intervenant dans le domaine du luxe et en constante évolution.

Vos principales responsabilités

Rattaché(e) au CFO, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'analyse de la performance financière de plusieurs entités du groupe.

Vos missions s'articuleront autour de quatre grands axes :

1. Analyse de la performance et pilotage des marges

  • Réaliser les analyses de marges par pays, canal et catégorie de produits
  • Identifier les leviers d'amélioration de la rentabilité et formuler des recommandations stratégiques
  • Participer activement au processus budgétaire et aux forecasts

2. Gestion et optimisation des stocks

  • Assurer le suivi et la valorisation des stocks en lien avec les équipes Supply Chain, Retail et Merchandising
  • Contribuer à la mise en place d'indicateurs de performance (KPI) pour améliorer la rotation et la gestion des approvisionnements
  • Garantir la cohérence entre les données opérationnelles et financières

3. Reporting et amélioration continue

  • Produire et fiabiliser les reportings financiers mensuels et trimestriels
  • Soutenir le CFO dans la présentation des résultats et dans la mise en œuvre d'initiatives d'optimisation
  • Participer à la digitalisation des processus de contrôle de gestion et à l'amélioration des outils (ERP, BI, automatisation

4. Partenaire stratégique du business

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes locales et les départements transverses (Finance, Retail, HR, IT)
  • Apporter un support décisionnel à la direction dans le cadre de projets de développement et d'investissement
  • Être force de proposition dans une organisation internationale en pleine croissance

Profil recherché

  • Master en
    Finance, Économie ou Contrôle de gestion
  • Minimum
    5 à 7 ans d'expérience
    dans une fonction similaire, au sein d'un environnement
    international
    , idéalement dans le
    secteur du luxe
    ou du
    retail
  • Excellente maîtrise des
    outils d'analyse et de reporting
    (ERP, Power BI, Excel avancé)
  • Solides compétences en communication et forte capacité d'analyse
  • Français et anglais courants, toute autre langue est un atout
  • Goût prononcé pour l'esthétique, la précision et la rigueur
