We are looking for you In this role, you will help ensure that our software runs reliably, efficiently, and sustainably - from deployment through maintenance and updates to continuous improvement.Your Responsibilities Ensure stable operation of productive software solutions through maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates Implement changes and releases, including testing, rollout, and backup strategies Support the entire software lifecycle - from deployment to decommissioning Maintain and enhance technical documentation such as requirement specifications, architecture and design documents, and test specifications Collaborate closely with development teams, business units, and external partners, especially in software, electronics, mechanics, and control systems Contribute to quality assurance measures, including system and acceptance testing Advise business units on optimal use and further development of systems Requirements Completed degree (UNI/FH/HF) with a focus on software, systems engineering, or electrical engineering Experience in software maintenance and lifecycle management Familiarity with version control and ticketing systems Hands-on experience developing embedded software in C++ Analytical thinking and solution-oriented work style Team player with strong communication skills Good command of English, both written and spoken
