Customer Experience Specialist

What You Will Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement customer experience initiatives aimed at enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Johnson Controls products and services to provide informed assistance.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and customer resources.
  • Monitor and report on customer experience metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer experience role, preferably within the technology or building solutions industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential and any other languages is a plus.
