Was du bewegst- Du erarbeitest mit unserem Business neue Lösungen für unsere bestehenden Transport-Systeme und nutzt den fachlichen Blick auf Daten, Prozesse, Strukturen und Funktionen
- Auf Basis von Change Request transformierst du Business-Bedürfnisse in konkrete IT-Anforderungen, erstellst Machbarkeitsstudien und schreibst neue User-Stories für das Entwicklungs-Team (Frontend und Backend)
- Performance- Optimierung und eine stabile Systemlandschaft im Transportbereich der Planzer Gruppe hast du fest im Blick
- Du erstellst und definierst Anwendungs- und Test-Szenarien, User- oder Tech-Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien aus dem Produkt-Backlog
- Gemeinsam mit dem Entwicklungs- und Tester-Team setzt Du innerhalb der Sprints geeignete Produktinkremente und Mehrwerte für das Business um
- Technische Dokumentation, Tests gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich
- Koordination von Issues/Incidents mit dem 2nd und/oder 3rd-Level-Support
- Analytisches Denken, Organisationstalent und eine selbstständige, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
- Du bringst eine Ausbildung als Wirtschafsinformatiker mit und hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung als Requirement Engineer
- Herausforderungen gehst du lösungsorientiert und pragmatisch an – methodisches Denken ist deine Stärke
- In agilen Arbeitsprozessen wie SCRUM oder KANBAN bist du zu Hause, Tools wie DevOps sind Bestandteil deiner täglichen Arbeit
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein, ausgeprägter Sozialkompetenz, Eigeninitiative und überzeugenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Leveln
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
