Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Konzeption, Implementierung und Wartung von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
  • Verantwortung für die Netzwerkverfügbarkeit, -performance und -sicherheit
  • Überwachung und Analyse von Netzwerkdaten, um Störungen zu erkennen und zu beheben
  • Betreuung von Netzwerkkunden und -partnern
  • Unterstützung und Schulung von Junior Network Engineers und Benutzern
  • Bearbeitung von Netzwerk-Support-Tickets für Kunden auf second & third Level Ebene
  • Dokumentation von Netzwerkkonfigurationen, -veränderungen und -standards
  • Sicherstellen der Kundenzufriedenheit und der Kundenbindung

Deine Stärken und Kenntnisse

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Netzwerkbereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in TCP/IP-Netzwerken und Netzwerkprotokollen
  • Umfassende Erfahrung mit Netzwerk-Betriebssystemen (z.B. Cisco IOS, Huawei VRP, Fortinet FortiOS)
  • Kenntnisse in Netzwerk-Security (z.B. Firewalls, VPN, SDWAN, ZTNA)
  • Basis Kenntnisse in Routing-Protokollen BGP, OSPF
  • Grundverständnis im Projektmanagement und im Kundenkontakt
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketing-Systemen
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
  • Zertifizierungen in Network Engineering auf Administration-Level (z.B. CCNA, NSE4) sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
