R&D General - Development Site- Director - 50%
vacancy for our Basel based client in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

  • Support the EVOLUTION Program Leadership Team with leadership, oversight and delivery of large program deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and oversight for engagement and collaboration with external program partners.
  • Review program plans and activities to ensure continued focus on delivering business value.
  • Drive leadership visibility and transparency on plans and actions for user engagement.
  • Support the digital transformation ambitions of the organisation.

Your experience/knowledge:

  • Experience in large scale IT program delivery.
  • Experience in large scale platform implementation.
  • Leadership and management experience in IT and business function teams.
  • Experience in GXP system compliance
  • Deep knowledge of Clinical Data Operations processes and technology landscape.
  • Language skills: English - mother tongue

Your soft skills:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
