Lead the Consumer Experienceexpertiseto design intelligent brand experiences that move people and drive digital transformation for the newly established Toblerone & World Trade Retail BU.

How you will contribute

  1. Set and drive the CX vision and strategy

  2. Champion the CX purpose and embed "Design intelligent brand experiences that move people" across BU brands

  3. Architect and implement the annual BU CX roadmap in line with Marketing BU & Global CX priorities

  4. Ensure all brand experiences are designed holistically across the full Paid, Owned, Earned ecosystem with specific focus onsocial channels

  5. Ensure CX Journeys are grounded in culture, integrate latest CX trends and are future-focused (long term vs short term)

  6. Elevate Creative and Experience Excellence

  7. Partner with brand teams and agencies to deliver data-powered, emotionally resonant creative ideas, fit for purpose content and assets

  8. Champion Empathy at scale, our Mondelez' approach to brand building through personalized communication rooted in real consumer understanding

  9. Lead the adoption of Gen AI and next-generation tools to enhance storytelling, personalization, and speed to market

  10. Apply CX Journey principles toidentifyand activate the moments that matter for BU brands (Smart BrandPlaybook principles)

  11. Drive Media Investment Efficiency & Effectiveness

  12. OptimizeBU Media Investment, evolving our media mix to stay ahead of shifts in consumer behaviour and media consumption

  13. Drive data-led media planning and measurement across the consumer journey

  14. Guide JBP partner and retail / d-Commerce investment strategies to achieve core elements of MDLZ SP and Vision 2030

  15. Collaborate with agencies & I&A tooptimizeROI, sufficiency, and compliance

  16. Strengthen Partnership and Governance Excellence

  17. Lead collaboration with creative, media, JBP & other partners to ensure seamless integration and shared accountability

  18. Define partnership governance, and success metrics to drive clarity and performance

  19. Embed Digital marketing transformation and roadmap

  20. Drive digital transformation through leadership of Global Consumer Digital and d-Commerce Strategy

  21. Lead the development and implementation of Consumer Digital Strategy for TobleroneWorldTradeRetail

  22. Take the ownership of Owned /Earnedchannelsincluding InfluencersManagement:Define the O&E experience strategy to bring brand purpose to lifespecificallyon social channelsthrough smart and relevant activations

  23. Perform periodic audits of social media channels,websitesand digital content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines for voice,optimisationand suitability

  24. Lead the development of an always-on content calendar for ownedand earnedchannels

  25. Input into tagging / tracking requirements

  26. Manage the relevant agencies to ensure best in class service and performance against the briefs and aligned metrics

  27. Work with internal and external teams/functions

  28. Brandmanagers:supporttodefinecommsstrategyand bothshort and long termpriorities

  29. Global Digital and d-CommCOE:Assist in the development and implementation of the Digital Transformation agenda within the BU by collaborating with COEs

  30. BU/CU CXTeam:Close collaboration with the CX teams in the markets to guarantee the successful implementation of the central strategies and the proper landing, as well as strong governance

  31. Creative & Media Insights (I&A):Partner with I&A business teams byprovidingkey digital insights to drive data-driven decision making

  32. Technology infrastructure (MDS):Partner with the MDS team to guarantee that data and technology strategies and tools are effectively implemented andutilizedto influence successful marketing and communication strategies

  33. MarketingExcellence:Support and drive Marketing capability programs

  34. MediaProcurement:Support the Productivity and other financial KPIs

  35. AgencyManagement:Oversee and collaborate with the Creative, Media, and Production agencies in ensuringhigh standardsof service, effective governance, persistent creativity, and the development of consumer-centricideas that fuel both short and long term growth

What you will bring

  • 10 years+ experience – including extensive experience in leading digital marketing, developing strategies, anddemonstratinga proventrack recordof success in achieve marketing goals

  • Passion for digital innovation, emerging technologies, and modern creativity (Gen AI, personalization, social influence)

  • Efficiency & effectiveness (ROI) and cost optimization

  • Champion Business transformation and change management

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams & external partners.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple senior stakeholders

  • Strategic future forward thinker with strong commercial acumen and analytical rigor
