Was Du tun wirst:

  • Du entwirfst skalierbare und sichere Softwarelösungen, die technischen und geschäftlichen Anforderungen entsprechen
  • Du leitest die Umsetzung komplexer Projekte von der Idee bis zur Bereitstellung und sorgst für die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen und Kundenanforderungen
  • Du überwachst den gesamten Software-Lifecycle - von der Architektur über die Entwicklung bis zum Deployment
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklern, Produktmanagern und QA-Teams zusammen, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen
  • Du nutzt Cloud-Plattformen (Azure, AWS), Containerisierung (Docker, Kubernetes) und implementierst CI/CD-Pipelines
  • Du setzt Datenplattformen (z. B. Snowflake, Databricks) und Visualisierungstools (Grafana, Power BI, Tableau) zur Unterstützung von Analysen ein
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen technischen Teams und Stakeholdern und sicherst die Abstimmung von Technik und Geschäftsanforderungen

Was du mitbringst:

  • Du hast mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwarearchitektur und der Leitung von grossangelegten Projekten
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Technologie-Stacks (Java, Python, .NET, ) sowie in Frontend-Frameworks wie React und Angular.
  • Du bist erfahren in der Entwicklung skalierbarer und resilienter Systeme mithilfe von Containerisierungstechnologien wie Docker und Kubernetes
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz von Daten- und Analytik-Plattformen
  • Du bringst ausgezeichnete Führungs- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten mit und kannst mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig erfolgreich managen
  • Deine analytischen und technischen Fähigkeiten sind hervorragend, und du kommunizierst souverän mit Stakeholdern aus Business und IT
  • Du bist fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens Niveau C1); Französisch ist ein Plus
  • Du bist ein starker Teamplayer, der auch eigenständig arbeiten kann, und schätzt eine transparente Kommunikation sowie eine offene Feedbackkultur
  • Du hast eine Begeisterung für neue Technologien, Freude an abwechslungsreichen Herausforderungen und schätzt den persönlichen Austausch mit Kunden
  • Du bist bereit, Kunden gelegentlich vor Ort zu besuchen
