Seit 75 Jahren sind wir in über 75 Ländern aktiv und begleiten in der gesamten Schweiz unsere Kund:innen erfolgreich bei der Erreichung ihrer Ziele und der Umsetzung ihrer Projekte. **Für unseren Kunden Roche suchen eine/n Asset Excellence Manager (Prozessmanager) (m/w/d) – Kaiseraugst****​** Der oder die **GMP Prozess Experte** trägt die Verantwortung für die Koordination sämtlicher Aktivitäten zur Sicherstellung der GMP-Vorgaben rund um Anlagen, Prozesse und Produkte. Ein stabiler und störungsfreier Produktionsablauf steht dabei ebenso im Mittelpunkt wie kontinuierliche Verbesserungen, die eigenständig vorangetrieben werden. Dafür sind fundierte Kenntnisse der Produktionsprozesse und -anlagen sowie ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten in der Projektarbeit notwendig.
--- ### **Ihr Profil:** - Abgeschlossenes Studium in Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften oder Technik – oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung. - Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Produktion, Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung, Kontrolle oder einer verwandten Industrie. - Sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1) und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. - Engagement, Belastbarkeit, Offenheit für Neues sowie die Fähigkeit, auch bei wechselnden Anforderungen leistungsfähig zu bleiben. - GMP-Erfahrung von Vorteil.
--- ### **Ihre Aufgaben:** - Überprüfung von Batch Records im **Manufacturing Execution System (MES)**. - Bearbeitung von **Abweichungen, Reklamationen, Changes und CAPAs** sowie Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen. - Unterstützung technischer Projekte im GMP-Umfeld. - Analyse von Produktionskennzahlen zur **Effizienzsteigerung, Prozessüberwachung und Qualitätssicherung**. - Unterstützung bei **Produkt-Launches, Transfers und Prozessoptimierungen**. - Dokumentenmanagement: Review von Herstellunterlagen, Kontrolle von SAP-Buchungen und Pflege von GMP-Dokumenten. - Erstellung, Test und Pflege von **Rezepten und Master Batch Records** im MES. - Vorbereitung und Begleitung von **Audits und Inspektionen**, inklusive Durchführung von Risikoanalysen. - Organisation und Durchführung von **Schulungen** zu GMP und Arbeitssicherheit. - Mitarbeit an **kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten**, KPI-Analysen und Standardisierung mittels LPS-Tools.
