What You'll Do
As our Manufacturing Execution System Expert, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the MES infrastructure to ensure seamless production operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will troubleshoot, improve, and implement MES solutions that drive operational efficiency and quality. Your insights will play an essential role in maintaining high standards in manufacturing execution and compliance.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems, preferably in a regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of MES architecture, configuration, and integration with manufacturing processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to document processes and provide training or support to end-users
  • Proficiency in English; French language skills are highly preferred
  • Ability to work fully on-site in Vevey, Switzerland

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience with specific MES platforms or tools (e.g., Siemens, Wonderware, Rockwell)
  • Knowledge of automation or digital manufacturing systems
  • Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • Familiarity with Swiss regulatory standards and practices

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with MES in a manufacturing setting
  • Track record of successful MES project implementation or upgrades

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to work full-time on-site in Vevey for the duration of the contract
  • Likely requirement of French language skills (to be confirmed)
  • Ability to quickly adapt to fast-paced project demands and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
