Salona Consulting is an international consultancy helping members of the Croatian diaspora reconnect with their roots by obtaining Croatian citizenship. We work at the intersection of heritage and international mobility, supporting clients worldwide.

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our marketing and growth team to support digital marketing, content creation, social media, and lead generation activities across multiple channels.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern who enjoys turning ideas into action. This role is ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, content, and storytelling — and who wants to see their work published, measured, and improved in real time.

You will support the execution of marketing and growth initiatives that help people around the world reconnect with their Croatian heritage, working closely with our marketing team and founder in a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

• Help bring our content to life by preparing and scheduling social media posts across Meta platforms, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Support content creation tasks (video editing, captions, visuals, short texts) following clear guidelines and brand tone
• Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure consistency and planning

Marketing Operations

• Support marketing campaigns, launches, and ongoing initiatives through coordination and execution
• Assist with website content updates and basic content structuring
• Help collect and organize testimonials, case studies, and client stories

Growth & Research

• Support lead generation initiatives and funnel-related tasks
• Assist with market and competitor research
• Track and organize basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads)

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to divide tasks and ensure continuity
• Support internal documentation of marketing processes and learnings

Profile & Requirements

Required

• Interest in marketing, communications, or growth
• Strong written English
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with structured tasks and deadlines
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and receive feedback

Nice-to-Have

• Studies in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools
• Interest in international, heritage, or mobility-related topics

• A 6-month internship contract (60–100%) in a growing international consultancy, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
