Aufgaben
  • Als Support-Engineer unterstützt du Entwickler bei ihren Anliegen, um ihre Produktivität zu steigern
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben zählt die Analyse der zugrundeliegenden Problemstellungen (nicht nur technisch)
  • Des Weiteren findest und entwickelst du in deiner Rolle passende Lösungswege, wie z.B. Ausnahmeregelungen, Skripte und Zusammenarbeit mit Richtlinienverantwortlichen, etc.
  • Die zielgruppengerechte Präsentation von Entscheidungen gehört ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben wie die Steuerung und Durchführung von Projekten
  • Dabei stehst du in enger Kommunikation mit Entwicklern, Stakeholdern und Themen-Verantwortlichen
Profil
  • Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Konzernstrukturen und -prozesse mit
  • Du verfügst über ein fundiertes technisches Verständnis
  • Du bist vertraut mit Entwicklungsumgebungen, sowie den Bedürfnissen und der Arbeitsweise von Entwicklern
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern, Admins, Richtlinienverantwortlichen und anderen Stakeholdern zeichnen dich aus
  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sind ebenfalls von Vorteil
