Senior Supply Chain Manager

Job Location:
Bern, Switzerland

Responsibilities:

• Lead the account requirements and strategic coordination during end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, configuration, B2B).
• Design and implement account-specific supply strategies to optimize lead times, efficiency, cost targets, and account satisfaction metrics.
• Participate in bidding processes and negotiations with professional supply chain knowledge.
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply/demand risks; develop and execute advanced supply solutions.
• Oversee the design and execution of supply sub-plans (dispatch, customs clearance, delivery, resource allocation, etc.).
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing planning/config changes and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Ensure targets for project supply, inventory efficiency, and CIAG (Consistency of Inventory Accounts and Goods) are exceeded.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain goals with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of proven experience in senior supply chain roles, preferably within the ICT industry.
• Deep expertise in Switzerland's ICT market dynamics and regulatory landscape.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); Chinese, German or French (highly advantageous).
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
