  • Analyse der Arbeitsabläufe und Identifizierung des Automatisierungspotenzials bei unseren Kunden

  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Automatisierungslösungen für Unternehmensprozesse in diversen Branchen

  • Durchführen von Proof of Concepts bei unseren Kunden für innovative Automatisierungslösungen

  • Betrieb von Automatisierungslösungen, Incident Management, Pflege von Dokumentationen und weitere Betriebsaufgaben

#yoursuperpowers

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit IT-Bezug oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

  • Erfahrung mit Automation Software wie UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform und/oder Automation Anywhere

  • Nachweisbare Kenntnisse in mindestens einer objektorientierten Programmiersprache (z.B. Python, Java, C#, C , etc.)

  • Verständnis von UI-Elementen und API Programmierung (für AI Anbindungen)

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Erprobte analytische Fähigkeiten und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen

  • Eigeninitiative, Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung

  • Vertrauen in deine Kompetenzen und kommunikatives Auftreten

  • Begeisterung für visionäre IT-Themen und Lust, die Zukunft der Arbeitswelt initiativ mitzugestalten
