Do you want to help shape the next generation of sustainable and smart buildings by creating a financial decision-making report that will shape future investments in AI-driven building renovation projects?

We are looking for a Finance Specialist with expertise in buildings / real estate to help us assess financial implications, modernization potential, and ROI calculations for large-scale renovation concepts enhanced by AI technologies.

Your task will be to develop a comprehensive financial foundation that enables informed strategic decisions.

  • Analyze financial scenarios for AI-supported building renovation projects
  • Evaluate cost structures, investment requirements, and long-term returns
  • Assess building-related financial parameters (infrastructure condition, renovation cycles, operational costs, etc.)
  • Compile a detailed financial decision-making report as the basis for upcoming strategic investments


Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
  • Understanding of building economics, renovation processes, or real-estate financial modeling
  • Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-model creation
  • Ability to translate technical or architectural inputs into financial implications
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • French is a plus
  • Previous experience in tech consulting is a big plus
