We are looking for a motivated Filling Operator who is willing to work shifts in Visp and make a significant contribution to the production of groundbreaking medicines. As a Filling Operator, you are a vital part of our production process. Your responsibilities include:

• Operating our highly automated, modern filling plant for liquid pharmaceuticals, monitoring the process and performing various critical activities within the isolator.
• Performing various tasks related to the filling process, such as providing various materials and/or carrying out monitoring activities.
• Supporting the Line Experts during the modifications to the bottling plant, both mechanically and electronically.
• Shared responsibility for strict compliance with all regulatory provisions and hygiene regulations (GMP).
• Contributing to the further development and optimization of processes and actively contributing your ideas.
• Willingness to work alternating day shifts and a flexible 3-shift system, without regular weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Completed vocational training and brings practical experience in industrial pharmaceutical production as well as in working in cleanrooms.
• Knowledge in the field of sterile filling (aseptic processing) and experience in the GMP environment.
• A high affinity for operating automated production facilities and for electronics in general.
• Is a dedicated team player with very good German skills (both spoken and written).
• Is open to new things and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances and requirements.
• High flexibility and motivated to continuously develop in our dynamic environment.
