Dein Wirkungsfeld

  • In deiner Rolle leitest du ein motiviertes Data & AI Team und übernimmst technische (Teil-)Projektleitungen in nationalen und internationalen Transformationsprojekten mit Fokus auf Cloud- und KI-Technologien.
  • Du definierst und kommunizierst die Vision und Roadmap für datengetriebene Produkte und stellst sicher, dass diese mit den organisatorischen Zielen übereinstimmen.
  • Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeitest du zwischen Business-Stakeholdern, Data Engineering und IT, um geschäftliche Anforderungen in technische Spezifikationen zu übersetzen.
  • Mit deinem Team leitest du die Entwicklung und Bereitstellung komplexer, hochqualitativer Daten- und Analyselösungen auf Cloud-Plattformen. Dabei setzt du moderne KI-Technologien ein, um datengetriebene Erweiterungen, Conversational Interfaces und Automatisierungen zu realisieren.
  • Du analysierst Anforderungen, identifizierst Potenziale für KI-gestützte Optimierungen und entwickelst zukunftsfähige Lösungsvorschläge für unsere Kunden.

Was Dich auszeichnet

  • Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
  • Du bringst über 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit, davon mindestens 5 Jahre als Product Owner, Data Analyst oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
  • Du hast erfolgreich komplexe Daten- und Analyselösungen designt und implementiert, insbesondere auf Cloud-Plattformen.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Cloud-Entwicklung mit SQL und Python und hast idealerweise bereits Projekte im SAP HANA-Umfeld umgesetzt.
  • Du besitzt ein tiefes Verständnis von Datenarchitekturen, Datenmodellierung und Datenintegrationsmethodologien.
  • Mit deinen exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher Sprache kannst du komplexe technische Konzepte effektiv vermitteln und Stakeholder auf allen Ebenen managen.
