For the development and expansion in Switzerland, Julius Baer Real Estate is looking for a Senior Consultant / Associate Director in Real Estate Direct Advisory.

IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Identification and evaluation of residential, commercial and special purpose real estate assets (strengths, weaknesses, threats and potential) considering the applicable building and zoning regulations in all of Switzerland
  • Technical light assessment/evaluation of the general condition of the building (TDD-Light) also regarding ESG criteria
  • Independent project development valuations and scenario calculations
  • Preparation of valuation reports and analyses to support decision-making processes of our clients
  • Operational cost analysis and benchmarking
  • Analysis of public law restrictions and advisory for value-added tax ("Mehrwertabgabe")
  • General client advice on property value enhancement
  • Development of marketing strategies and concepts in collaboration with our marketing department and Bank Julius Baer
  • Expansion and maintenance of client relationships as well as participation in trade fairs and client events
  • Cross-selling and client prospecting in cooperation with Bank Julius Bär
IHR PROFIL
  • You have an above-average bachelor's or master's degree in the fields of architecture, economics, finance, engineering or similar
  • You have 3-5 years of professional experience in the fields of real estate advisory or architectural studies, including experience working in a medium to large corporate environment
  • You have a robust knowledge of valuation methodologies for Swiss real estate properties
  • You are fluent in German and have excellent command of English (fluent in a second or third national language is a plus)
  • You are structured, precise and you have an eye for details and can think in an interdisciplinary way
  • You can present information to an appropriate audience and express your opinion, delivering your assessments in structured, appealing and impeccable form adhering to branding standards of Julius Baer
  • You can work independently, you are highly committed, flexible and you can work in an interdisciplinary environment (valuation, brokerage, financing etc.) and are a good team player.
